Bottomless cheesecake with strawberries. An incredibly delicious recipe that needs to be baked! This strawberry cake without wheat flour is so delicious! The cake melts in your mouth. 😋😋 Quark goes perfectly with the juicy strawberries. One of the best cheesecake recipes!
Recipe / preparation:
3 eggs (large)
Separate the eggs
100 grams of sugar
Stir very creamy
Melt 40g butter
Half a lemon (organic, untreated)
Grate the peel and squeeze out the juice.
1 teaspoon Bourbon Vanilla Extract
500 g quark (alternatively: ricotta or cream cheese)
175 g cream cheese
Add 50 g of corn starch using a sieve.
Pour the egg white into a higher vessel.
A pinch of salt
1 packet of vanilla sugar (8g)
Add the egg white and fold in.
Pour into a greased and floured baking pan (24 cm).
160 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat for 60 – 70 minutes
The cheesecake will set again as it cools. Don’t be scared 😉
Cut about 500 g strawberries into pieces.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Dissolve 1.5 packets (18 g) of icing (cake jelly) in 375 ml of cold water.
50 grams of sugar
Some lemon juice
Boil gently for 1 minute.
Then leave to cool for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the hot liquid over the cold strawberries.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
