5 egg yolks
A pinch of salt.

40g (3 tbsp) cocoa
40g (3 tbsp) warm water

1 tbsp cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking powder
5 egg whites
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
Baking pan 28×18 cm
Bake at 180℃ (356℉) for 35 minutes

For cream:
9g (1 tsp) gelatin
60ml (4 tbsp) cold water
330g (1.5 cups) cream cheese
240g (1 cup) sour cream
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
300g (1.5 cups) cream 33% fat
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
200g (1 cup)cherries from the jar
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours

For topping:
80g (2.82 oz.) chocolate
40g (1 tbsp) butter

Leave room temperature for 15 minutes
