The menu consists of 10 courses. I am preparing a calamari salad, a beautiful salad with daffodils, a Georgian salad, as well as an appetizer with vegetables, a very light appetizer with mushrooms and beans, baskets with red fish in the form of a rose, croutons with red caviar . For a more satisfying snack, I cook meat with an elegant sauce, for hot, beautiful and easy to prepare – chicken skewers. And of course a wonderful cake with flowers.
