For paste:
120g (1/2 cup) softened butter
A pinch of salt.
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
3 eggs
240g (1.5 cups) flour
16g (2 tsp) baking powder
30g (2 tbsp) + 45g (3 tbsp) milk
15g (1 tbsp) cocoa
24 pieces of strawberries
Baking bread 28×18 cm
Bake at 180℃ (356℉) for 30 minutes
For cream:
9g (3 tsp) gelatin
60g (4 tbsp) water
200g white chocolate
100g (1/2 cup) hot cream 33% fat
300g (1.5 cups) cream 33% fat
Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes
For strawberry jelly:
500g strawberries
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
9g (3 tsp) gelatin
60g (4 tbsp) water
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours
