Ingredients:

For dough:
5 eggs
A pinch of salt.
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
80g (1/2 cup) flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
80g (4/5 cup) toasted walnuts
Baking pan 28×18 cm
Bake at 180β (356β) for 25 minutes
For buttercream:
500ml (2 cups) milk
1 packet of pudding vanilla flavor (37g)
45g (3 tbsp) sugar
220g (1 cup) softened butter
For caramelized walnuts:
200g (2 cups) walnuts
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours
For whipped cream:
300g (1.5 cup) cream 33% fat
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
