Today I’m making a delicious strawberry cake. The cream consists of vanilla pudding and crème fraîche (or sour cream). The cake is very, very delicious 😋
Ingredients (for a baking tray: 24 x 37 cm):
150 grams of sugar
3 eggs
70 ml oil
170 grams of flour
70 ml of sparkling orange soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
700 ml of milk
2 packets of vanilla pudding (each 37 g)
100 grams of sugar
450 g crème fraîche (or sour cream)
Strawberry jam
Halve 1 kg of strawberries
2 packs of red cake jelly
500 ml of water
100 grams of sugar
