Jelly cake recipe:
Ingredients:
1500ml water
25g agar powder OR 15g jelly powder
250g sugar
2/3 Tbsp vanilla extract
White jelly:
200 ml coconut milk
200ml whipping cream OR 200ml coconut milk
600ml hot jelly water
Fruit juice jelly:
150ml fruit juice OR orange juice
600ml hot jelly water
Mango jelly:
200g mangoes
1/2 cup fruit juice OR orange juice
The remaining jelly water
Small Mold: 16cmx10cmx6cm
Large mold: 20cmx13cmx7cm
Tip:
Use jelly powder to make the jelly cake looks nice.
Use a Thai wooden coconut grater hand to make grated jelly.
