Ingredients:
500 g flour type 550 (4 cups + 2 tbsp)
250 ml milk, lukewarm (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
100 g sugar (Β½ cup)

1 packet of dry yeast 7 g (0.24 oz) or 20 g (0.70 oz) fresh yeast
1 pinch of salt

For the apple and cinnamon filling:
4 medium apples
100 g sugar (Β½ cup)
50g butter (1.8oz)
2 tsp cinnamon
For the icing:
150 g powdered sugar (1ΒΌ cups)
3 tbsp milk
Bake:
With top/bottom heat: 180 Β°C (356 Β°F) for 20 to 25 minutes.
For convection: 160Β°C (320Β°F) for the same length of time.
