Ingredients for the chocolate cake (28×18 cm) or for a round baking pan 26 cm:
65 gr flour
15 g of cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 medium-sized eggs
a small pinch of salt
8 g of vanilla sugar
70 g of sugar
50 ml milk (room temperature)
Chocolate cake is baked for about 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (340Β°F) on upper-lower heat without convection on medium rail until it is ready and checked with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
50-70 ml of milk as cake drinks
Ingredients for the yogurt layer:
250 g of sugar
2 x 37 g vanilla pudding powder (or 80 g cornstarch + vanilla flavor)
1000 g of Greek yogurt (10% fat)
4 Eggs Size M
100 g butter
12-15 Shortbread cookies
Ingredients for the cream:
200 ml cold whipped cream (min. 30% Fat)
8 g of vanilla sugar
8 g cream thickener
15 g of powdered sugar
Ingredients for the chocolate glaze:
100 ml hot whipping cream
100 g of chocolate (i have 50% cocoa)
30 g melted white chocolate
