This is one of our favorite Easter pies, you can bake such Easter buns with filling and icing instead of poppy seed rolls, because I bake these pies with poppy seeds and cherries – this is an incredibly tasty combination. Rich, tasty, airy, everything is in moderation here, I highly recommend this recipe!

Dough:
Milk: 200ml
Sour cream: 80g
Butter: 50g
Vegetable oil: 30ml
Eggs: 1pc
Sugar: 90g
Flour: 470g
Yeast fresh: 25g (dry: 8g)

Poppy filling:
Poppy: 250g
Sugar: 100-150g (I have 130g)
Butter: 50g
Protein 1 egg
Water: 350ml+/-

Cherry stuffing:
Frozen cherries: 300g
Sugar: 1 tbsp+/-
Cornstarch: 20g

To grease the dough:
Yolk of 1 egg
Milk: 1 tbsp
Sour cream: 1 tbsp

Glaze:
Powdered milk: 70g
Powdered sugar: 2-3 tsp
Water: 30ml+/-
