Contents Used
For dough:
1 egg.
1 tablespoon of yogurt (20 grams).
1 teaspoon of butter (20 grams).
1/2 tea glass of milk (45 ml).
1/2 tea glass of vegetable oil ( 45 ml ).
1 tea glass of water (90 ml).
1 packet of baking soda (10 grams).
2 tablespoons of vinegar (20 ml).
1/2 teaspoon of salt (2 grams).
3.5 cups of flour (420 grams).

For the syrup:
2 glasses of water (400 ml).
2.5 cups of granulated sugar (450 grams).
1 slice of lemon.

For the filling:
Walnuts (300 grams).

To open the dough:
Cornstarch.

Oil for the surface:
butter ( 250 grams).
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil (90 ml).

For the surface:
green pistachio

Cooking time: 50 – 60 minutes in an oven at 170Β°C.
