Water – 250 ml
Flour – 450 g
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 30 ml

Cottage cheese – 500 g
Eggs – 3 pieces

One egg for the greasing

Do not beat the dough with a lot of flour.
Do not put many sheets of dough on top of each other.
Don’t let the dough sheets sit for a long time as they can stick together.
