Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet;
- 3 hard-boiled eggs;
- 100 g dried prunes;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- 85 g of cheese;
- salt to taste;
- mayonnaise.
For decoration: - 1 tomato;
- sweet orange pepper;
- fresh dill;
- fresh parsley.
Salad “Chicken Ryaba”.
Ring diameter 22 cm.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of smoked chicken;
- 300 g of fresh champignons;
- 1 head of onion;
- 2 pcs. fresh cucumbers;
- 6 hard-boiled eggs;
- fresh dill;
- salt, ground black pepper to taste;
- mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil for frying.
For decoration: - 5 pieces. quail eggs;
- mayonnaise;
- fresh cucumber;
- 1 tsp ground paprika (without a slide);
- salt to taste;
- fresh parsley.
Festive salad.
The diameter of the confectionery ring is 20 cm.
Ingredients:
- 350 g of smoked chicken;
- 1 small head of onion;
- 2 pcs. small fresh cucumbers;
- 150 g of cheese;
- 5 hard-boiled eggs;
- 1 sweet red pepper;
- green onion feathers;
- fresh parsley;
- 10 ml. 9% vinegar;
- 20 g of sugar;
- 125 ml of cold ordinary water;
- salt to taste;
- mayonnaise.
